Returns

Return Procedure: To return a product(s), simply return the product(s) to the address on the shipping label. We need your order number, name, email address and the part number you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name ordered with. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.

Return Policy: Within 30 business days of placing your order from Spoilerworks.com, you may return wrong product(s). No returns will be accepted after 30 business days. All products must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts. We do NOT accept returns on painted or customized items! Exchanges for these items will be granted on a case by case basis.

Refunds: Refunds for returns normally take 10 days to process and credit from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the product is received we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. Please be aware that once we have processed the credit your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 10 days, you have still not received a credit please e-mail the returns department returns@spoilerworks.com, for the fastest response. We do NOT refund painted or customized items! Exchanges for these items will be granted on a case by case basis.
