Domestic USA Shipping: Orders ship within 48 hours of receipt. UPS Ground shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days to receive. UPS Ground shipping is available to all Continental 48 States. Overnight and 2-Day Shipping: Overnight and 2-day shipping is available through UPS only. All airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. You can view schedules and transit times for your area below. The chart is approximate. All orders must be received by 3PM EST to be processed that day.
Transit Times After Shipping:
APO, FPO, PO Box Shipping: APO and FPO orders are shipped using US Express Mail or US Priority Mail only. Normal delivery time for US Express Mail is 7-10 business days from the date of order. Expected delivery time for US Priority Mail is 10-24 business days from the date of order. Shipping and handling for APO/FPO orders is charged on a separate invoice sent via email after the weight and dimensions are calculated. There is a $12.95 handling fee on all APO/FPO orders to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Shipping to any P.O. Box in the Continentinal 48 United States is done through US Express Mail or US Priority Mail only. All orders being shipped to a PO Box address not located in the 48 Continental States are shipped exactly as an APO/FPO order.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands Shipping: All orders not being shipped to the Continental 48 United States are shipped using UPS only. Expected delivery time is 7-8 business days from the date of order. Shipping and handling for these orders are charged on a separate invoice sent via email after the weight and dimensions are calculated. There is a $12.95 handling fee on all orders to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Canada and All International Shipping: All orders being shipped internationally are shipped using UPS only. Expected delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of order, we are not responsible for delays in customs. Shipping and handling for these orders are charged on a separate invoice sent via email after the weight and dimensions are calculated. There is a $12.95 handling fee on all international orders to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Truck Freight: Truck freight applies to any oversize item that cannot be shipped via UPS. In the event that your item is deemed oversized, we will contact you via e-mail with an approximate shipping estimate.
Air or Overnight Deliveries: On orders shipped Overnight or 2Day, all shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and air-shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason.
Damaged Shipments: Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 21 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
Risk Of Loss: All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you at the shipping point which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.
